Jaral started wrestling at the age of 12 and wrestled up to the college level (Anderson College). As one our first students, he is also one of our first black belts and assistant instructors. He has competed in kickboxing, boxing, bare knuckle karate, sanshou, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, submission wrestling and judo. Jaral is also a member of American Top Team Atlanta, under Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion Roan Jacao Caneiro.

Phil started training as a teenager in Tang Soo Do and obtained his first black belt. He started training with us in 2001. Since then he has obtained his black belt in Shidokan. Phil has fought professional in Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA.

Starting Kenpo Karate as a child, Jeff developed a reputation on the tournament circuit for being a well rounded martial artist. Competing successfully in Kumite (Fighting), Kata (Forms) and Kobudo (Weapons), he was a ranked competitor with KRANE and NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association). He trained in Shotokan Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Modern Arnis. At Shidokan Atlanta, we consider Jeff as the Encyclopedia of Technique because of his precision and detail. Be a Scientist, Jeff is a able to analyze, dissect and explain martial arts to all. Jeff's technical precision is next to perfect.
